Our gummies are plant-based, sugar-free, vegan, gelatin-free, lactose-free, gluten-free, allergen-free, preservative-free, color-free, and artificial flavoring-free. You have 7 business days to request a return for a product, provided it's unopened and in its original seal. To do so, send us an email to info@bluum.info with your name, order number, the products you're returning, the reason for the return, and your address.
Returns for defective products, breakages, or errors in the order are free , and we refund 100% of the amount, including shipping costs.

If the return is voluntary, shipping costs are your responsibility:
€2.99 if you take it to the Post Office.
€3.99 if you request home collection (only in mainland Spain).
